These Terms of Use govern access to and use of GIF Speedly, including its website, online GIF speed changer, and related content. They apply to visitors who choose to access or use the website, subject to applicable law.

By continuing to use GIF Speedly where such use is permitted, you acknowledge that these Terms are relevant to your use of the service. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the website. Our Privacy Policy is a separate document that explains personal-information practices.

2. About GIF Speedly

GIF Speedly is an online website focused on GIF animation speed editing. The GIF speed changer may allow users to select an animated GIF, adjust its playback timing, speed up or slow down animation, preview changes where supported, and download an edited result.

The website may also provide informational pages, blog articles, and other resources relevant to GIF editing. Available functionality may vary based on the version of the website, browser, device, and technical conditions.

3. Eligibility and Access

You are responsible for using GIF Speedly lawfully and in compliance with laws that apply to you. If you use the website on behalf of another person or organization, you should have authority to do so.

Where applicable law imposes age, capacity, parental-consent, or other requirements, you must satisfy those requirements before using the website. The current Free offering does not require an account merely to access the homepage tool.

Using a GIF speed changer does not grant you copyright ownership or usage rights in third-party content. You remain responsible for copyright compliance, lawful content, and respect for privacy and other rights. Information submitted through contact forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Editing results can be affected by the characteristics of a GIF file and technical limitations. Information about data processing is addressed in the Privacy Policy. GIF Speedly does not claim ownership of your uploaded or edited GIFs.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

GIF Speedly’s original branding, website design, text, graphics, and software may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website interface for its intended lawful purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or otherwise misuse protected website materials without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners, and users remain responsible for permissions associated with GIFs they edit.

7. Free, Pro, and Custom Services

Free

GIF Speedly provides access to its homepage GIF Speed Changer as a Free offering, subject to the features actually made available, technical limitations, and these Terms.

Pro

The Pro plan represents a proposed advanced editing offering. Potential future features may include batch GIF processing, advanced timing controls, reusable speed presets, and GIF optimization options. These capabilities are not represented as currently available. If Pro services are introduced, applicable terms and commercial details will be communicated before purchase.

Custom

The Custom option allows visitors to contact GIF Speedly about specialized workflow requirements. An inquiry does not create a contract, confirm project acceptance, or guarantee a particular service. Any agreed Custom work may require separate written terms.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

The existing homepage GIF speed changer is offered through the Free plan. Pro subscription pricing has not been confirmed, and access to the Free tool does not currently require payment information.

If paid offerings are introduced, applicable pricing, billing terms, and purchase conditions will be presented before a transaction. For Custom services, scope and commercial terms would need to be separately agreed. These Terms do not create payment, refund, renewal, or subscription obligations for services that are not yet available.

9. Service Availability and Changes

GIF Speedly may modify, maintain, update, suspend, or improve the website and its functionality. Technical errors, maintenance, browser compatibility issues, temporary outages, GIF processing limitations, and feature changes may affect availability or results.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

GIF Speedly may use third-party technical services or include links to independent websites. Those websites and services operate under their own terms and policies.

GIF Speedly does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or policies. A link does not by itself mean that GIF Speedly endorses the linked service.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information associated with use of GIF Speedly is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Visitors may provide contact information when submitting inquiries.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about applicable personal-information practices. These Terms do not replace or expand the practices described there.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GIF Speedly is provided on an “as available” basis. Functionality may be affected by technical conditions, browser behavior, internet connectivity, and the characteristics of uploaded GIF files.

Editing results may vary. Some GIF files may not process as expected, and browser handling of animation frame delays can differ. You should review downloaded files before important use. Informational content on the website is general in nature and is not professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GIF Speedly will not be liable for losses arising solely from temporary service unavailability, unsupported files, processing errors, inaccurate output, loss of access, or misuse of the website.

This limitation applies only as far as legally permitted and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not override mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you.

14. Indemnification

Where permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of GIF Speedly or your infringement of third-party rights, to the extent caused by your actions.

This provision is intended to be proportionate to the circumstances and does not impose obligations that are unenforceable under applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

GIF Speedly may restrict access to website functionality where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, technical abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Because the current Free offering does not require a user account, a restriction may involve limiting access to website functionality rather than terminating an account. Any action will remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

GIF Speedly may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, its features, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms may be published on this page and will show a revised last-updated date.

The current displayed date is November 1, 2026. Continued use after an update may be subject to the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections may govern disputes connected with GIF Speedly. These Terms do not specify a governing jurisdiction, court, arbitration provider, or dispute-resolution venue.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

Future paid or Custom arrangements may be subject to additional agreed terms. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory statutory rights.
